Monterey House has private beach access with a shower and beach chairs for resident use. The Atlantic Ocean is crystal clear, and our sandy beaches are pristine, ideal for shell collecting, swimming and sunbathing.
The beach is directly across A1A, a short 2-minute walk to the beautiful blue green ocean, visible from many vantage points in the building.
Pool
The heated pool features a picturesque view of the intercoastal waterway. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and shade umbrellas.
Club House
The Club house is fully appointed for your entertainment needs. There are 3 barbeque grills available for use by residents. The clubhouse has WIFI and Large Screen TV along with a great lending library.
Shuffle Board & Terrace
The second floor terrace features beautiful shrubs and tropical palms that most of the units overlook.
There is seating and a professional shuffleboard court on the second floor terrace.
